Orchard Hill Ranch
LOKI is from our 2013 litter. His parents are Ember and a wonderful black and tan male from California, Foliar Farms Bodhi. Craig had been missing having Josie as a sidekick - for play time and work time. Loki reminded us of Josie's personality as a pup, and stole Craig's heart. We are looking forward to seeing how he grows up, and all the wonderful things he will do in his life.
Loki has grown into a quirky boy. He loves everyone he meets, human or canine, loves to play, and is very, very athletic. He is not as resilient as we would wish, and once he decides something is a little scary, it's hard to convince him otherwise. As a pup, he did show good herding traits - herding us as we walked, practicing his herding skills - heeling and shoulder slams - on his mother and big sister, and showed resilience in keeping after what he wanted.
Color: Tri-color with ticking on his muzzle and socks. At three years old, he stands 23" tall and weighs just over 50 lb. He is, like his mother and sister, extremely athletic.
Loki is registered with the ESCR and UKC
Health Screening: PennHIP (to be done when he is old enough); MDR1 normal/normal by pedigree; also tested normal/normal for CEA and PRA-prcd
